Acne scars cure
ByLike any other type of scars, acne scars can also hardly be removed completely! Acne scars make our appearance ugly and our life miserable with their outbreak. Fortunately, some advanced techniques have developed to get rid of acne scars and are now available that can help the scarred area to return to its maximum normal condition.
Advanced treatments differ considerably in their acne scar cure treating approach. Which is best for a person depends on several factors that include the type and extent of scarring, how the scarring is influencing your life, and the cost to bear. Before you decide to get rid of acne scars, you are advised to discuss acne scar cure with your doctor or dermatologist.
How acne scars develop:
The major reason of acne scars result from tissue damage. Like other scars, when tissue is damaged, the body reacts, initiates the skin repairing process, and takes fights against skin infections. The body supply collagen to the damaged skin area. However, sometimes the supply gets too much collagen. The excess collagen builds up into a fibrous mass, eventually resulting in a smooth, firm acne scar with an irregular shape. Many different types of acne scarring develop in this way and known as ice-pick scars, depressed scars, soft scars, and others.
Advanced methods for acne scar cure:
• To acne scar cure an effective method for most people is done by injecting collagen into the scar site. Once injected under the skin, the collagen puffs out the scar area, making the scar less noticeable. To be effective, this treatment needs to be repeated about every 3 to 6 months.
• Another option is called autologus fat transfer. This uses a person’s own body fat. Fat is taken from another part of the body and injected into the acne scar, causing it to fill out. This treatment also needs to be repeated, although less frequently, because the fat will be absorbed back into the body.
• A common treatment dermabrasion is also used which is given under local anesthesia. A thin layer of surface skin is removed using a brush set. With this method, surface layer removes some shallow scarring at the surface, which reduces the depth of scarring. Microdermabrasion is a similar technique that removes the surface skin by using crystals of aluminum oxide, which pass through a vacuum.
• To acne scar cure another treatment uses lasers of various intensity and wavelength that are used to change a shape of scar. The method provides permanent results sometimes, however multiple treatments may be necessary to get complete cure.
Besides the above to get rid of acne scars another options include skin grafting and skin surgery. However, these are extreme procedures, which should be reserved for extreme situations only.
